Return and Refund policy


 

We thank you and appreciate your use of the platform. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

 

  1. RETURN POLICY

Return policy or returns is a scheme provided by respective vendors directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective vendors to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

The return policy is applicable only on the following products sold by the vendors and delivered to the Customer. To entertain the Return, Policy customer has to provide the various details as specified below –

 

Correct Product

define with IMEI/Name/serial number/brand/ image/barcode/article no etc and MRP undetached

Complete Product

All accessories like headphone, charger, manuals, remote etc. should be with product.

Undamaged Product

The product should be undamaged without any tears, scratches, dents, or holes

Undamaged Packaging

Original Packaging box should be Undamaged

Unused Product

Unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains & non-tempered return tag/warranty seals/seals. before returning mobile/desktop/tablet/laptop device should be formatted & screen lock should be disabled

 

Note: Some goods and products in a certain given category are non-returnable due to the nature of the products and goods sold. If the Seller/Vendor is unable to proceed for a replacement, the cost of the product shall be disbursed back to the Customer’s account.

The Customer may raise a request for the Return of the product by contacting the customer care of the Platform within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.

A return request shall be made only upon the Customer has sufficient proofs for the product to be damaged on delivery or the product so delivered is incorrect.

The Return or the Refund process shall be undertaken by the Firm or the Platform if the Customer or the User does not have sufficient proofs towards the same.

Return by courier only permitted. Our nominated courier service provider will pick the material within 3 working days of complaint with detail photo and description, but after verification by our counterpart in that country as we are selling cross border only

 

  1. REFUND AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Refunds are done within 10 business days of receipt of the products. The refunds are done by the Vendor. Further, the User additionally will be provided refund options of TT/ Wire by deducting the necessary charges.

 

All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to homemartshops@gmail.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Firm. The Firm shall waive all other means of communication made.

All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Firm’s Customer care on following such guidelines.

 

Product Gents, Ladies, Kids,& Baby Apparels are Refund, Replacement or Exchange within 10 Days

All Home Appliance, Furniture, Jewellery, Mobile & Electronic Product have 10 Days Replacement Only

 

Replacement of the product sold to the Customer will be entertained within 10 days of the delivery of the product when the Product so delivered is defective and such products shall be replaced directly by the Vendor or the authorised personnel of the brand.

 

  1. CANCELLATION

As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.

The Firm at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

a.                  if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or

b.                  if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or

c.                   in case of unavailability of a service, or

d.                  for any reason outside the control of the Firm including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

e.                  if the Firm does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Firm by a distributor and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Firm. In such event, the Firm reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
